CT Group continues the Journey 
of ASHA to kids from slum area

 

Putting the best efforts to make project ASHA more progressive, CT Group organized a special day for the children of the slum area.  CT Group has started the project ASHA, as ray of hope to the underprivileged.

In this CT Group is reaching to community at large, to distribute food , clothes, toiletries, collected from various resorts, hotels & restaurants in the vicinity of Jalandhar. This special day is the part of project ASHA.

60 slums –dwelling children visited CT Campus Maqsudan. They were made to participate in various competitions such as; Drawing Competition, One Minute Games, Musical Chair, Computer Learning Games etc. The faculty members created a fun frolic atmosphere for the overlooked section of the society, made them enjoy & spent their time with them. CT Group also arranged meals for the kids.

At the end of the function the children were given the uniforms, stationary items, books etc.The  kids were exalted for this nice treatment of CT Group.

Sharing the views Mrs. Parminder Kaur Channi, Co Chairperson, CT Group of Institutions, said," We wish to help & see the smile on the faces of all the kids of slum area. CT Group believes in following social & moral duties. We should always come forward to help the poor & needy. This is a true respect to humanity. We shall make the project ASHA more & more successful.”
