Keeping the faculty in touch with the emerging trends & new developments in the sphere of marketing, CT Group of Institutions devised a five day PTU Sponsored FDP on ‘Contemporary Marketing’ It was a pool of learning where the faculty members could get hands on learning on various issues concerning marketing like Role of Marketing in Product Development , Changing Trends of Service Sector, Emerging Trends of Agriculture, Panel Discussion, Traditional Vs Modern Marketing, Marketing, Segmentation Sales Promotion Techniques, Effects of Globalization, Promotional Techniques , Role of Retail In Agriculture, Cannibalization, Government Schemes in Promotion of Agriculture etc. In this knowledge grabbing program more than 60 faculty members from various institutes participated. The experts in the field of marketing from the renowned companies or educational institutes & who have established themselves as a name in their specific fields have been specially engaged for this. They imparted the best and exclusive know-how to the faculty present at large.
The experts shared the views that there is a wide gap between the market demand for the skilled manpower & numbers. The job market has become competitive.
