As many as 24 final year B.Tech. students from various Engineering disciplines of CT Institute secured placements with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), the largest IT services firm in Asia, with a starting salary package of Rs 3.25 lacs per annum.

In a small felicitation ceremony held at Shahpur campus, Mr. Charanjit Singh Channi, Chairman of CT Group of Institutes was overwhelmed in giving away the offer letters to all the 24 selected students. He applauded the efforts of the Training & Placement department, faculty and students for this remarkable achievement.
Dr. Manoj Kumar, Group Director, congratulated all the members of CT family and highlighted the remarkable landmarks being attained by CT group in ensuring that it reaches the pinnacle of success in times to come. Moreover, the Training & Placement initiative has attained momentum and got the much required impetus since Mr. Sanjeev Bhalla, former Head of Training & Placement Department at DAVIET has taken over the role of Director, Training & Placement at CT Group of Institutes. Mr. Sanjeev Bhalla, Director (Training & Placement) informed that the T & P cell has lined up with many renowned organizations who would be soon visiting the campus of CT group in order to recruit its students from various sectors. He also informed that out of 24 selected, 11 students belong to the discipline of Electronics & Communication Engg., 8 students are from Computer Science & Engg., 4 belong to the discipline of Information Technology while one student is from Mechanical Engg. Department. He further said that CT GROUP will be organizing these kind of mega events in future & will be providing ample opportunities to all our students.
